DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. drive for the director and other high rank officials
ii. keep a timetable for arrivals and departures of officials and arrange the VIP rooms to meet , officials personnel at the airport
iii. facilitate imagration, tax, and customs formaties as well as logistic , transport and shipment
iv. collect and deliver mail , pouch or document
v. keep record of use of vehicle milege, gas consuption , oil change, greasing and other services
vi. ensure that the steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvment in accident
vii. ensure that all required documents including vehicles insurance, logs, are available updated
viii. provide inter office collection and delivery of mail, correspondence, files, documents, and other materials
ix. perform other related duties as may required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE EDUCATION
- Completion of primary education, NIT Cerificate in defensive driving, valid licence, knowledge of Tanzania rules and regulations and skills in monor vehicle repair, NIT Advanced cuourse will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
- 4 years worki experience in as driver with a safe driving record
LANGUAGE
- exellent command English and KIswahili is required
