Most couples who are planning to
start a family rarely discuss male fertility and in most cases it is
women who are considered infertile.

How does one know that they have healthy sperm?
Sperm count is not the only indicator of being fertile but there are other factors to be considered. Here’s what else makes your sperm strong and healthy:
- Quantity, or how much sperm is present in semen. Guys who have less than 15 million sperm per milliliter of semen are considered to have low sperm count.
- The ability of the sperm to move to implant an egg.
- The shape and size of your sperm. Normal-sized sperm have oval heads and long tails, while abnormalities can include misshapen heads and crooked or even multiple tails.
How does one get to boost their sperm count?
